Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enforcement Services, the Compliance and Service Level (“CSL”) Coordinator position is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that Department established service levels are consistently met. This role is tasked with maintaining consistency within the Enforcement Services Division, including Animal Services, By-Law and Parking enforcement. .
The CSL Coordinator position is a fast paced, multi-dimensional position that is involved in the operation and assists with supervision of the Enforcement Services Division. This position will take the lead on delivery of school enforcement and special projects.
The CSL Coordinator is expected to work with the Town’s enforcement staff to manage response to complaints received by the Enforcement Services Division. Strong inter-personal skills, varied communication techniques and supervisory control are used to lead, motivate and encourage staff.
