Reporting to the Director of Technology and Innovation Services (TIS), the Program Assistant is responsible for the overall Administration function in TIS.
Prepares and processes confidential personnel information and correspondence; Reviews and formats confidential Council and Committee Reports.
Processes requisitions, invoices, payments, and visa reconciliations allocating them to the correct budgets, ensuring that they follow Corporate Budget Management By-law
Project coordination duties for internal administrative projects as required
